Trauma Informed Therapist
Vishwa has completed her masters in psychology with a specialisation in clinical psychology. She is trauma-informed and queer affrimative. Vishwa has worked with adolescents, adults and geriatric population. She has experience working with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, conflicts, self-esteem issues, body-image issues and complex trauma, among others. She is also a certified dementia trainer recognised by Alzheimer’s Disease International. Vishwa writes, talks and sways with the rhythm that nature offers. She believes in creating a society that is responsible and stigma free. A heart filled with gratitude and mind with the idea of progress and growth, she is here to spread awareness while you walk this journey of self exploration.
Ms. Kasturi Roy is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist at BhaktiVedanta Hospital and KaaVish Emotional Enhancement and Care. She has previously had an experience of working in J.J. Hospital, LTMGH (Sion) Hospital, and Thane Mental Hospital. She is an expert in individual and group therapy. She is trained in CBT, REBT, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt and Art based therapies. Her approach is eclectic and specific to the individual or group’s unique needs. She uses a multicultural approach for people of different age groups, socio-economic areas, ethnic backgrounds, sexualities and sexual orientations.
Sakshi holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology (SNDT University, Mumbai). She has been trained in using various therapies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT), Play & Art therapy in her therapy process. Her major area of focus is working with adolescents and young adults with issues such as self-confidence, relationships, job stress, academic pressure, personality and teenage related issues. She has completed a certificate course in Suicide First Aid from National Centre for Suicide Prevention, Education and Training along with City & Guilds. Sakshi believes in making therapy a normal process, reaching out to people at grass root level and strives to create a mentally healthy society.
Kajal Maniar is a trained Counseling Psychologist with a Master’s in Applied Psychology. She incorporates Humanistic and Person-Centered approach in therapy while using an eclectic and multicultural perspective based on the ideology that people come from all walks of life and they are unique. She focuses on acceptance and honing our life stories through expressive mediums like art and play therapy. Kajal provides individual as well as group counseling sessions to help address different social, behavioral and emotional concerns.
