As humans, we fear failing at random tasks and dread the consequences that might result from that failure. It is important to address procrastination, as it may lead to an enormous waste of time and energy on things that may be less important than the task at hand. Not being able to complete the latter leads to a sense of failure. This feeling further makes us feel low.
