Dialogue on Our Journey Towards Mental Well-being

Addressing the issues we face as people struggling with mental health is important. Everybody is on a similar path and walking it alone can be difficult. Sharing your journeys with similar people can be both cathartic, and inspiring for others. Mental health has been stigmatized since time immemorial. Just because it is intangible doesn’t mean it’s non-existent. It’s high time we take a proactive and compassionate approach to our own, as well as others’ mental well-being. WAMH provides a tight-knit and loving community to share our stories. Although everybody’s healing process is different, it is comforting to know we are not alone in this journey.
